Description
Cherry Plant belongs to many plants of the genus prunus and is native to Europe and Asia regions. The colour of the fruit varies from light coloured reddish to darkish red. At present, Cherry plants are cultivated all over the world and India occupies the 26th producer in the list. Since this fruit plant requires cold conditions, North East India is well suitable for its cultivation.
