Exchange and Cancellation Policy
Before You Buy a Plant From Us Please Note:
- We guarantee that all of our plants are in healthy condition free from visible pests and disease at the time of sale. Once a plant is delivered to you it is beyond our control, and we cannot be responsible for a plant behavior. If you see any signs of distress, please contact us right away, so we can help you.
- Plants are living things, so we cannot 100% guarantee any plant will thrive in your space.
- When choosing a plant, you can also Read Care Instructions of Each and every plant you buy — to make sure you’re choosing the plant that’s right for your space.
- All plants go through acclimation period after being delivered and during major season changes. Some lower leaves might turn yellow or brown, plant might drop some leaves during these periods.
- Make sure your plant is not placed near Heat or AC source. It is best to keep consistent room temperature throughout the seasons and not turn off Heat or AC when away or traveling. The best temperature ratio for almost any plant is 60F-75F.
- Above all, make sure you’re ready for plant parenthood. Your plant relies on you to give it healthy living conditions. We’re here to help — and provide answers to your questions — but, at the end of the day, you’re the plant’s guardian. And your plant can’t survive without your love and care.
Plants Replacement Policy
- If your plant(s) or planter(s) arrive damaged, we will replace it* after a few checks. Just notify us as soon as you receive the product, and we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
- One can choose the same type of plant or any other type of plant that is available for replacing the damaged plant/planter, previously purchased from Greenium.
- Pick up and delivery fee varies depending on the location and plant size.
Planters/Accessories Return Policy
- Planters/accessories may be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase.
- Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. All Shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Returns of used items will not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
- The order can only be cancelled before the date of dispatch. Full amount will be refunded in this case.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
